What to expect
We meet each Sunday at 10am for a gathered worship service. Our Sunday worship service brings us together to be reminded of the gospel, celebrate the implications of the gospel, and be challenged to continue living lives on gospel mission throughout the week. Below are some FAQs about our Sunday morning worship services.
How should I dress?
We don't have any particular dress code for worship. You'll be among people dressed in everything from their "Sunday best" to flip-flops, so come in whatever you feel most comfortable wearing.
Where do I park?
We have designated spots in front of the church for first time visitors. You will also find several spaces to park in our main lot, and more spaces in our overflow lot across the street at Merry Oaks Elementary School.
What's the music like?
We embrace an eclectic blend of various contemporary musical genres, paired with lyrics that reflect the ancient historic truths of the Christian faith.
Will you ask me for money?
We believe that giving of financial resources, or "offering", is an opportunity and act of worship. Giving is an expectation for all CCC members, but as a visitor you will in no way be pressured to give.
How long is the service?
We work to make our worship services short enough to endure, but long enough to matter. Our services generally contain 30-40 minutes of music and reflection, 35-45 minutes of preaching, and The Lord's Supper (~20 minutes).
Is there a place for my kids?
We welcome children of all ages to join us for the entirety of the worship service. You also have the option of bringing your six week to three-year-old children to our nursery. We also provide contextualized gospel teaching for our four-year-olds through 5th grade children during the sermon portion of our service.
